Waitlist for early access

Grecta is preparing for general availability in Q3 2026. Organisations operating digital products subject to multi-regime regulatory obligations can join the waitlist to receive updates on platform availability, framework releases, and early access programmes as they open.

Grecta is preparing for general availability in 2026 as regulatory infrastructure for digital products subject to multi-regime regulatory obligations. Join the waitlist to receive updates on platform availability, framework coverage releases, and structured early access opportunities for organisations preparing for regulatory milestones.

Early access scope

Early access participants receive structured engagement with the Grecta platform in advance of general availability. The platform is provided across the regulatory frameworks currently authored to production quality, with additional frameworks available based on each participant’s regulatory scope.

Early access participants work with the platform across the operational lifecycle:

Obligation scoping: Resolution of regulatory obligations applicable to each participant’s in-scope digital products, across all authored frameworks relevant to the participant.

Regulatory state evaluation: Assessment of current regulatory state against the evidence on file for each product, with provision-level traceability to the source regulatory text and full evaluation history.

Corrective action management: Structured corrective actions for obligations not currently satisfied, with traceability to the regulatory provision and the missing or insufficient evidence.

Regulatory record exportL Machine-readable and document-format exports of the regulatory record for each product, suitable for submission to notified bodies, regulatory authorities, conformity assessment bodies, or internal audit functions.

Eligibility

Early access is designed for organisations that meet the following conditions:

  • The organisation operates, or is preparing to operate, digital products subject to one or more of the regulatory frameworks authored in the platform.
  • The organisation is approaching or actively engaged in regulatory work for in-scope products, including conformity assessment, technical documentation preparation, post-market monitoring establishment, or equivalent regulatory activities.
  • The organisation can participate in product development through structured feedback on platform operation, regulatory coverage, and integration with existing operational workflows.

Early access is not available for organisations whose products fall outside the scope of frameworks currently authored, for academic or research projects without operational product deployment, or for resellers or consultants seeking to provide Grecta-based services to third parties.

Participation terms

Early access participants engage with Grecta in advance of general availability. Specific terms are agreed during onboarding.

  • Feedback: Participants provide structured feedback on platform operation, regulatory coverage, evidence model fit with existing workflows, and any gaps identified during platform use. Feedback is collected through regular sessions with the Grecta team during the early access period.
  • Reference participation: Participants consent to Grecta’s use of their participation as a reference, including case study development, panel participation, and citation in Grecta’s external communications. Specific reference terms are agreed during onboarding and may be adjusted at the participant’s request.
  • Transition at general availability: Early access participants receive a defined transition path to standard platform access at general availability. Participants receive preferential terms on standard access for a period following the transition, with the specific terms communicated during onboarding.

Regulatory framework availability

Early access provides coverage across the regulatory frameworks currently authored in the platform. Framework availability is communicated as part of onboarding based on each participant’s regulatory scope.

The platform’s framework library currently in production or in advanced authoring includes:

  • EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847)
  • EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
  • EU Medical Device Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/745)
  • ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management Systems)
  • NIST AI Risk Management Framework

Additional regulatory frameworks are added through structured authoring without modification to the platform. Framework coverage expanding to include further frameworks during the early access period is available subject to authoring status and participant scope.

Join the waitlist

The waitlist is open to organisations meeting the eligibility conditions. To join, submit the waitlist form below.

Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis, with applicants invited to a scoping conversation to confirm fit and define onboarding terms.

Waitlist and Pilot FAQs

Regulatory governance for digital products is the operational discipline of identifying which regulatory obligations apply to each product, evaluating compliance against the available evidence, and producing corrective actions when obligations are not satisfied. The unit of assessment is the product rather than the organisation. The discipline is continuous across the product lifecycle rather than point-in-time.

Grecta operates at a different layer of the regulatory infrastructure than traditional GRC platforms. GRC platforms provide workflow infrastructure for compliance work performed by humans; Grecta provides the regulatory decomposition layer that produces structured obligations against which evidence can be evaluated mechanically. Customers can integrate Grecta alongside existing GRC infrastructure rather than as a replacement.

Multi-regime compliance management refers to handling obligations across multiple regulatory frameworks simultaneously for the same product. A single digital product is typically subject to product safety regulations, data protection law, sector-specific requirements, and management standards at the same time. Grecta evaluates products against all applicable frameworks through a unified evidence model.

Yes. The European Artificial Intelligence Act is one of the regulatory frameworks supported by the Grecta platform. The framework library covers high-risk system obligations, transparency obligations, post-market monitoring, and general-purpose AI model obligations.

Yes. The EU Cyber Resilience Act is one of the regulatory frameworks supported by the Grecta platform. The framework library covers essential cybersecurity requirements, vulnerability handling obligations, and manufacturer duties for products with digital elements placed on the EU market.

Evidence in regulatory governance infrastructure is the structured collection of artefacts that demonstrate satisfaction of regulatory obligations. In Grecta, evidence is stored as structured objects with classified type, attributes, provenance, and version history. Each evidence object is mapped to the specific obligations it satisfies across all applicable frameworks.

Provision-level traceability is the ability to trace each compliance assertion back to the specific regulatory provision that imposes the obligation. Every regulatory record in Grecta references the article, paragraph, or annex of the source regulation. Provision-level traceability is required for regulatory submission, conformity assessment, and audit verification.

Point-in-time compliance assessment evaluates regulatory state at a fixed moment, typically during an audit or submission. Continuous regulatory governance evaluates regulatory state continuously across the product lifecycle, with the state recalculating as regulations, evidence, or product configurations change. The shift from point-in-time to continuous matters because modern digital products and the regulations governing them both change frequently.
