Two ways in
Free assessment
For teams who want to know where they stand before committing.
- Structured intake for one product, about 15 minutes
- 10 days of access to the AI Act module
- 30-minute consultation with Yuliia Habriiel, LLB, AIGP on your role, likely risk classification and the regimes that reach your product
- Written summary of the main exposures we found
- In return: 30 minutes of feedback on the intake and the findings
Paid pilot: €1,500
For teams who need the evidence, not just the answer. Credited in full against your first annual subscription.
- Full classification for up to two products: provider, deployer, importer, distributor, GPAI provider or downstream modifier, and risk classification against Annex III and Annex I, with the reasoning written out
- Gap assessment against every obligation that applies, with the regimes beyond the AI Act mapped
- Evidence bound to each obligation, recalculated when the law or the product changes, with an audit trail of every evaluation
- Templates for every gap found: Article 50 transparency notices, Article 26 deployer notices, Annex IV technical documentation scaffolding, and FRIA or DPIA where triggered
- AI literacy course under Article 4, calibrated to your staff roles
- Buyer DDQ bank populated with your product’s actual answers, ready for your next procurement call
- Authorised representative scoping: whether you need one and from when
- 60-minute review session on findings, priorities and your EU rollout timeline
- 90 days of full platform access and a direct channel to the team
Who we are selecting
- AI providers placing systems on the EU market, particularly in healthcare, fintech, HR tech, legal tech, education and biometric systems
- Deployers of high-risk AI systems under Annex III, particularly in financial services, recruitment, education, essential services and the public sector
- GPAI providers and downstream modifiers, including companies that fine-tune or substantially modify third-party models
- Non-EU software companies whose EU customers have started asking compliance questions in procurement
We prioritise companies with AI in production today. The engine learns most from real systems with real users and real procurement pressure.
Who we are not selecting
- Consultancies looking to white-label the output. That is a different conversation, so contact us directly.
- Pre-product teams without a defined AI system in scope
- Companies looking for certification. Grecta produces the evidence and documentation, and certification bodies issue certificates. Anyone promising you EU AI Act certification is not telling you the truth.
What we ask in return
Free assessment: 30 minutes of feedback on the intake and findings.
Paid pilot: a 30-minute kickoff call, a 30-minute close-out call, and permission to use anonymised insights to improve the engine. Nothing is ever named or identifiable. Pilot participants who agree to be named as a case study receive additional discount on yearly subscription.
Case studies are optional and never a condition of acceptance.
How selection works
Every request is reviewed within five business days. Free assessments are scheduled straight away. Paid pilot applicants are invited to a 20-minute call to confirm fit, and platform access follows within 48 hours of signing. Paid pilot places for the Q4 2026 cohort are limited to 12 (few spots left).
If you are not selected for this cohort, you stay on the list for the next one. Everyone gets a written response.
